Background: Haley hails from the same home as Shan. At a young age, she trained vigorously in martial arts, and along with her mastery over water-elemental Eles Forca, became captain of the Coast Guard of Bastiora Isles. Haley also possesses a technique only manageable by Myrans known as Eles Materia, which allows Haley to condense Eles Forca particles into a physical weapon imbued with elemental power.
